WATER JET CUTTING

Water jet sheet metal cutting up to 4000 x 2000 mm, thickness 200 mm

Our machines can cut virtually any material up to a thickness of 200 mm. We have one of the largest tables, dimensions of 4000 x 2000 mm

Water jet cutting technology does not use gas, does not input heat to the material, is extremely precise and allows you to cut virtually anything. Water jet cutting gains popularity as one of the basic methods of cutting different materials, including sheet metal.

Cutting is performed with the use of a jet of water (60 000 PSI) with abrasive additives, which together allow cutting of materials such as steel, marble, stone, foam, rubber, plastic, glass.

Why us ?

OUR STRENGTHS:

  • No influence of heat on the cut material
  • Vast experience in cutting steel, stone, rubber, ceramics
  • Adjustable head that allows to cut at an angle of 45°
  • No barbs at the edges
  • No environmentally harmful factors generated by the process

SPEED OF EXECUTION

Most of the water jet cutting orders are completed within 24 hours. After the cutting the components undergo the quality control process and than are prepared for delivery to the customer.

WAREHOUSE

We have a very well-stocked own materials warehouse. After receiving your order, we already have the material which we can work on.

No heat

Water jet cutting does not input heat to the processed material. This is important in case of very complex shapes and critical for some of the processes that occur after the cutting (e.g. machining or welding).

Dimensional accuracy

The dimensional accuracy is +/- 0.25 mm in relation to the upper edge of the cut. Cutting edge angle is about 1° which influences the tolerance at the bottom edge.

With or without the abrasive additive

Hard materials are cut with an addition of an abrasive called Garnet. Soft materials such as wood, foam, rubber may be cut with clean water (under high pressure).
